After 6 O' clock again buses were not operating, Tuticorin District People Suffered

In Tuticorin after 6.00 PM yesterday, government buses were again stopped and this let the public to suffer. As there was no government buses moving through Bus Stands, people were confused how to go and where to search for other compensatory mode of transportation. Order proposed by Collector and Police S.P., following the incident in which Pasupathi pandiyan of Dindigul district was cut and killed, Government Transport officers stopped buses. Public were strongly affected as the buses were stopped suddenly. College students and school students coming to study at Tuticorin from other city suffered a lot without transportation.

Same way, Tuticorin city college and school students were also suffering from lack of government buses. Perhaps some went by walk or by cycle to the nearby places, many people could not go to school and college. The buses started running after 1 O’ clock in the afternoon, then people thought that there is no problem anymore. Bus transportation will be normal henceforth.

Thinking that further bus un-availability will be only at night, people came to the bus stand. But then again after 6 PM in Tuticorin district, all the government buses stopped running. Because of this, the passenger who came to the bus stand became highly dissident knowing that the government busses were stopped again. In the morning people who somehow went through Auto, Van, Motorcycle and Two-wheeler to college, school and government offices were suffering to go home in the evening. In this, women faced a severe inconvenience. People who came to the bus stand asked the Government Transport officials about the stoppage of Buses. The transport officers have said that Collector and S.P., have ordered not to operate any government busses after 6 PM. Go and ask to them, what we can do. Because of this Controversy situation began between the officers and the public. Thus, not knowing what to do, Tuticorin passengers on the new and the old bus stand looked awful, standing like mad with tension.
